We work hard to find unique solutions that minimize development costs, protect environmentally sensitive areas, and ultimately improve the lives of those who live and work in these new communities.

Schwab Eaton has been a strong influence in the growth of communities throughout Kansas for nearly 50 years. We have worked with large and small developers on a variety of projects including new single-family subdivisions; traditional neighborhood designs; townhome, multi-family, and mixed-use developments; and infill sites within existing neighborhoods. We assist our clients in every step of the planning process from zoning changes and subdivision plats, to final design and inspection of the new community’s infrastructure.
