Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of a new 0.36 MGD Wastewater Pretreatment Plant consisting of: one (1) headworks facility, one (1) Schreiber Model GR Aeration/Clarification basin, one (1) 30’ x 25’ controls/blower building, approximately 3,200 L.F. of PVC and DIP site and force main piping, one (1) lift station improvement, and miscellaneous site work, including all materials, labor, and necessary equipment, will be received, on behalf of The City Moundridge at the City Hall, 225 S. Christian until 1:00 PM on  14 February, 2018, and then publicly opened and read aloud.

       The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Statutory Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change order Federal and State Revolving Loan Conditions, General Conditions, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications, and Detailed Construction Drawings may be examined at the following locations:

This project is funded in whole or in part by the State Revolving Loan Fund (SRF) Program as administered by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Associated certifications and completion of other document will be required for the successful completion of the project. 


Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the presidents Executive Order No. 11246 (Equal Employment Opportunity) as amended. Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.


“Bidders must fully comply with Subpart C of 2 CFR Part 180 and 2 CFR Part 1532, entitled Responsibilities of Participants Regarding Transactions. Contractors, subcontractors, or suppliers that appear on the Excluded Parties List System at are not eligible for award of any contracts funded by the KDHE State Revolving Fund programs.”


All contracts and subcontracts exceeding $100,000, at any tier under a KPWSLF Loan Agreement shall comply with the Anti-Lobbying Act, Section 319 of Public Law 101-121, and file an Anti-Lobbying Certification form, and the Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form, if required, to the next tier above.
