6th Street Reconstruction
Schwab Eaton provided field surveys, design, plan preparation and specifications for this 30 foot roadway, water line and storm water improvement project.
River Pond Campground Utility Improvements
This project consists of adding sewer utilities and concrete parking pads, as well as upgrading existing electrical and water services, for 40 additional campsites.
Pump Station, Spillway & WCS Improvements
Working in concert with KDWPT staff, the master plan included a new river pump station, discharge line with direct discharge to the managed pools, centralized parking lot with boat ramps, boating canals, and additional levees to improve wetland management and public use.
Milford Splash Park
The overall project required road re-alignments, parking lot redesign, extensive site grading, a winterized pump house building, an ADA Shower and Restroom Building, a new sewer lift station and force main, and re-routing and/or burying of utilities.
North Manhattan Avenue, Phase 3 A & B
Phase 3A and 3B extended the new four-lane section southward to Claflin Road.

With recent expansion of the KSU Research Park and the construction of the new Department of Agriculture building, the City of Manhattan realized that the existing two-lane, open ditch section needed improvement.
